Complaints Process
Last updated 26 July 2026.
If something goes wrong
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear about it. Most issues are resolved quickly once we know about them.
Step 1 — Tell us
Contact us by email at misha.bedi@meharaccz.com or by phone on 0406 157 450. Please describe what happened and what outcome you are seeking.
Step 2 — We acknowledge
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and let you know who is handling it.
Step 3 — We investigate
We aim to investigate and respond substantively within 21 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated.
Step 4 — External escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with:
- The Tax Practitioners Board — for matters concerning our conduct as a registered tax agent (26323184) or BAS agent (24754311). Complaints can be made at tpb.gov.au.
- The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — for privacy matters, at oaic.gov.au.
Our obligations to you
As registered tax practitioners we are bound by the Code of Professional Conduct in the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. That requires us to act honestly and with integrity, act lawfully in your best interests, manage conflicts of interest, keep your information confidential, take reasonable care in ascertaining your circumstances, and apply taxation laws correctly.
No detriment
Making a complaint will not affect the service you receive from us.
