How long does it take?
A company can usually be registered the same day once we have your details and identification.
Can you advise which structure I should use?
Choosing between a sole trader, company or trust turns on income tax consequences, which is tax agent territory rather than ours. We will refer you to a registered tax agent for that decision, then handle every registration and set the books up once it is made.
