Pricing
Our fees, published openly
Most accounting firms make you call to find out what anything costs. We don’t. Here are our actual fee ranges — and we confirm your exact price in writing before any work starts.
Monthly packages
Most clients are better off on a fixed monthly fee than annual lump sums. Predictable for you, and it means we are working on your business all year, not once at tax time.

How we charge
Fixed fees, never hourly
Hourly billing punishes you for our inefficiency and makes your invoice unpredictable. We quote a fixed fee up front. If we find a faster way to do the work, that is our gain — not your surprise.
No surprise invoices
If something changes the scope, we tell you and re-quote before doing the work. You will never open an invoice you were not expecting.
Payment plans available
Monthly packages can be paid by direct debit. For larger one-off jobs such as multi-year catch-ups, we can usually spread the fee.
Common questions
Why do you publish your prices?
Because the first thing everybody wants to know is what it costs, and making people call to find out wastes their time and ours. Transparency also means the clients who call us are already comfortable with the investment.
Is the quote fixed or an estimate?
Fixed. We confirm the fee in writing before starting and it does not change unless you ask us to do something outside the agreed scope.
Do you charge for phone calls?
No. Quick questions from package clients are included. We would rather you called than guessed.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown exclude GST.
